Depending on the One Hub Membership, 3 hours of meeting room usage is allocated within the agreement, extra hours are available for an additional fee.

We are happy for you to experience our workspace and get a feel for the space prior to signing up for a Membership. Get in touch with the One Hub Team to arrange a free tour or trail day.

We ask for one month’s rent by way of a deposit and all One Hub memberships require a signed agreement to be completed prior to moving in. Day-pass users don’t require a signed agreement, but we do require a contact form be filled out on the day.

6.30am – 7.30pm Monday – Friday.
8.00am – 6.00pm Saturdays and Bank Holidays.
9.30am – 5.30pm Sundays.
One Hub Reception – 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.

One Hub is a 2-minute walk from Warrior Square Car Park. A full list of car parks throughout Southend and information about paid parking schemes can be found on Southend-on-Sea City Council website https://www.southend.gov.uk/parking-2

One Hub is just a few minutes’ walk from two mainline train stations Southend Central and Southend Victoria, which also offer direct access to London in under 1 hour.

Southend Bus terminal is a 5-minute walk away, offering direct bus routes to the surrounding areas and if you need international links, One Hub is a short car ride from London Southend Airport.

We simply ask for one months’ notice in writing.

Unfortunately, we are not permitted to bring pets into the building.

Yes, co-working spaces by nature present opportunities to meet like-minded professionals from a range of industries all working from under the same roof. One Hub also host on-site networking events in partnership with external organisations as well as social gatherings for our members to encourage collaboration and community.

One Hub members are welcome to bring in guests for meetings or take out day passes for occasional usage by a colleague.

High-speed internet is a standard feature at One Hub.

We take the following security measures at One Hub –

• CCTV surveillance throughout the building.
• Individual access with a pre-configured key fob.
• Serviced offices have their own allocated key.
• Manned reception.
• Lockable storage.

Day passes and HotDesk membership workstations consist of an oak top desk and ergonomic chair, all equipment needs to go home with you at the end of the working day.

Fixed Desks and Serviced office workstations consist of an oak top desk, ergonomic chair and lockable pedestal. You are welcome to bring in additional office furniture depending on space allocation and with approval from the One Hub team.

No, you are required to provide your own computer equipment.
