If you’re coming from Southend high street, we’re located down the road next to NatWest Bank – Warrior Square. Our office space and conference rooms are located on the 3rd and 7th Floor of Maitland House, on Warrior Square. Alternatively, if you’re walking in from Shoebury way, we’re based across from Warrior Square Park.
Easily accessible by many bus routes, we are a 5-minute walk from Southend Travel Centre (Bus Terminal). The closest stop to our office space is Whitegate Road (VS) which is on route for buses heading to Southend Travel Centre.
The closest car park to our office space is Warrior Square Car Park (2-minute walk). There is alternative parking throughout Southend Centre, including Victoria Shopping Centre Car Park, The Royals and more. A full list of car parks can be found on Southend Council’s Website.
One Hub is located between both Southend Central Station and Southend Victoria Station (5-minute walk from both).
Southend Central Station is served by c2c and services stops between Shoeburyness and London Fenchurch Street.
Southend Victoria Station is served by Greater Anglia, with calling points between Southend and London Liverpool Street.
